As a native Russian, I call the Big Island home. I deeply understand what draws people to live in Hawaii. I spent my youth in St.Petersburg. I got a master’s degree in translation and interpreting (English, German, Russian). Then I received a full scholarship to Post Graduate School at St.Petersburg State University where I earned a Ph.D. in linguistics and went on to work as a senior research scientist in psycholinguistics for 10 years.

After moving to the Big Island, I turned my focus to real estate. With my in-depth market knowledge (as a scientist I made a science out of Real Estate) and devotion to putting my clients’ needs first with the highest level of honesty and integrity, I have developed state, nationwide and international networks of satisfied and loyal clients. I understand the subtle differences in the cultural and geographical landscape that is on the Big Island. 

On my website, you’ll find the Big Island Interactive Map which consists out of 7 layers: major roads, lava zones, districts, climate zones, annual rainfall (inches), land cover, planning use by the County. It provides you with full information on any subdivision, street and current location. Sign up to get updates on houses and land when they just appear on the market in the area of your interest.

I have a few National Association of Realtors® accreditations to my name, including Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. In fact, I am among a few of all real estate agents in the country with Ph.D. which gives me the analytical ability for creative problem-solving.
